Job Summary
AECOM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanic 3 located at Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kaneohe, Hawaii.

Shall have the ability to troubleshoot malfunctions in various aircraft systems and be able to perform general Organizational Level maintenance of the assigned aircraft (MV-22). In addition must possess a level of experience necessary to inspect all aircraft assigned, direct flight line/deck operations, and possess one or more of the specialties of the assigned aircraft below:

Propulsion/Engine/Rotor/Transmission/Drive and Fuel Systems Airframe/Structural, Landing Gear, Launch/Arresting, Wing/Pylon Fold, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, and mechanical Flight Control Systems Egress and/or Environmental Control Systems Aviation Life Support Systems (ALSS) Avionics Communication/Navigation/Identification/Electronic Countermeasures/RADAR and Weapon Control Systems

Power Distribution/Electrical Power, Instruments, Compass, Automatic Flight Control and Lighting Systems Aircraft Armament and/or Crew Served Weapon Systems

Must have Naval Aviation Maintenance Control Management course C-555-0053 or equivalent.

Minimum Requirements
• Must have an active security clearance.
• Must have completed Naval Maintenance Control Management course-555-0053 or equivalent or equivalent and NACI clearance via computer access or be able to obtain.
• Shall have the ability to troubleshoot malfunctions in various aircraft systems and be able to perform general ORGANIZATIONAL Level maintenance of the assigned aircraft.
• Must possess a level of experience to necessary to inspect all assigned aircraft
• Must have ability to release safe for flight
• Must possess one or more of the specialties listed below:
• X Propulsion/Engine/Rotor/Transmission/Drive and Fuel Systems
• X Airframe/Structural, Landing Gear, Launch/Arresting, Wing/Pylon Fold, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, and Maintenance Flight Control Systems
• X Egress and/or Environmental Control Systems
• X Aviation Life Support Systems (ALSS)
• X Avionics Communication/Navigation/Identification/Electronic Countermeasures/Radar and Weapons Control Systems
• X Power Distribution/Electrical Power, Instruments, Compass, Automatic Flight Control Lighting Systems
• X Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI)/Quality Assurance Representative (QAR)
• Position may require travel.

Preferred Qualifications
• Able to performed in an office, flight line and shop environment that is moderately lighted, heated and ventilated, is exposed to disagreeable fumes and to cuts and bruises from using tools in close placed and hazards of moving vehicles such as forklifts and sweepers in shop area.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear.
• Frequently is required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and work in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
• Occasionally in excess of 75 pounds.
• Able to perform in wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; and risk of electrical shock.
• Able to work environment that is usually loud, or unsafe conditions, questioning nonstandard operations or environmental factors that may involve unmitigated hazards, and providing feedback to supervisors and managers on all safety issues.
