Job Description

Assists the Branch Manager in attaining branch goals. Directs and manages a branch to achieve performance goals while ensuring sales and service excellence, maintaining an optimally productive operating environment, assuring a satisfactory audit and controlling operating losses and expenses. Selects and trains the branch staff to optimize branch performance.

Qualifications

* A bachelor's degree is preferred, or demonstrated equivalent work experience.

* 1-2 years recent sales and service leadership experience in a retail or financial services business, or demonstrated success within our organization. Sales and service leadership experience should include, but is not limited to: motivation, training and coaching of employees to successfully impact and achieve the bank's goals

* 1-2 years branch/banking experience with bank operating policies and procedures, legal and regulatory compliance and processes, or demonstrated success within our organization.

* Work experience demonstrating ability to analyze, solve problems and make effective decisions independently.

* Demonstrated experience using consultative selling techniques.

* Recent work experience demonstrating excellent interpersonal and human relation skills to deal with the general public, management, and employees.

* Proficient personal computer and internet skills with a preference for Microsoft office applications.
