Location: HONOLULU HI 96819

Contract duration : 3 months

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working time: 8:00 am to 5 PM

Job Description:

1.Respond to delivery related inquiries and concerns from our customers.2.Make last-minute scheduling adjustments as requested by our customers 3.Notify customers about any delivery delays in advance. 4.Schedule deliveries and prepare delivery documentations 5.Enter shipping information into a computer by hand or by a hand-held scanner that reads bar codes on paperwork and/or freight. 6. Key information into our system. 7.Track delivery progress of shipments. 8. Notify customers of freight arrival and arrange for delivery. 10. Route cargo and freight in both incoming and outgoing directions 11. Ability to communicate, organize, prepare and assemble documents containing data from various sources. Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology. 12. Compile, dispatch and receive all messages pertaining to the cargo handling Inform all parties, when necessary, of the content of such messages. Prepare/process cargo documents, air bills 13. Assertive and Flexible 14. Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment.
