|Minimum Qualification Requirements:|
Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a bachelor's degree in an engineering specialty.

Three (3) years of non-registered professional mechanical engineering experience.
License Requirement: Registration as a professional Mechanical Engineer.
1. Current State of Hawaii registration as a professional Mechanical Engineer.
2. Applicants with an out-of-state license in Mechanical Engineering must obtain the Hawaii license prior to appointment.
