Job Description
As a Supervisor of Specialty Pharmacy Services, you are responsible for the direct daily supervision of Pharmacy Service Representatives (PSRs) providing proactive compliance and ordering calls for all medications dispensed by CVS Specialty Pharmacy Network. Critical responsibilities include participation in the recruiting and hiring process, provision of guidance and direction to staff, schedule preparation and management, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, staff training, problem solving and follow-up, performance monitoring and evaluation, including corrective action, data gathering and report preparation. You will analyze and interpret various operational reports such as productivity, work volume, and call volume statistics, to make determinations of impact and risk to service levels and provide solutions for positive outcomes. This position interacts with various levels of personnel and requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels, both internal and external. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical in this role.

Required Qualifications
-3 years of experience in a PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health plan call center environment

Preferred Qualifications
-Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred
-Professional certification is preferred

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
