Our Indo-Pacific team is delivering award-winning planning, engineering, architectural and interior design, construction and program management, and design-build project delivery in the region including Hawaii, Japan, Guam and South Korea.


We are currently seeking an exceptionally motivated Mechanical Estimator to be located in our Honolulu, HI office.   Projects are from many construction sectors such as Federal (Civilian and Military), Aviation, Healthcare, Transportation, Education (K-12 and Higher Education), Manufacturing, Research & Development, Operations & Data Centers and Correctional Facilities.
  • Reports directly to the Regional Estimating Manager.
  • Functions as a key member of the estimating team on mechanical estimating assignments, provides independent estimates, constructability reviews, value engineering, risk analysis, and reviews/negotiates contractor estimates and change orders as it relates to the mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection) scope of work.
  • Work independently, following established procedures.
  • Prepares and maintains historical cost data and estimating metrics.
  • Familiar with techniques, procedures, methods and the nature of applicable construction systems across the mechanical discipline; including but not limited to a variety of HVAC systems, distribution and controls, plumbing and piping systems, and various fire suppression methods.
  • Familiar with MCA standards and productivity.

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering discipline required.
  • 4 years' estimating experience within the Mechanical Construction Industry required
  • Experience with Excel, Timberline Estimating Software, On-Screen Takeoff , Success and MII preferred
  • Estimating certification from ASPE or AACE desirable
