Northrop Grumman is in need ofan Audio Video Lead to manageenterprise IT support services to be provided to the United States Army –Pacific staff located in Honolulu,Hawaii.


Rolesand Responsibilities:

  • Managementof all audio visual (AV), Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and UnifiedCommunications (UC) required services in support of customer objectives.

  • Maintenanceand upkeep of AV equipment inventory, asset management, media productionequipment and facilities as well as fixed AV installations at various locations.

  • Supervisionof AV/VTC specialists, outside contractors providing technical support and mediaproduction services. Manages AV/VTC budget, procures equipment and supplies.

  • Directthe work of employees assigned to perform AV/VTC and Unified Communicationstasks.




Qualifications

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent experience and 10 years of related experience.
• Must have engineering and implementing AV/VTC projects in the USINDOPACOM AOR.
• Experience in hardening AV/VTC systems with DISA STIGs, closing security vulnerability findings and patching and preparing the system for certification.
• Possess InfoComm Certified Technology Specialist or an equivalent certification.
• Must have a Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to SCI based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI).


Preferred Experience:


• 8 years of experience in AV/VTC programming at intermediate to advance level and complexity using AV/VTC programming tools such as AMX and Creston.
• 3 years of experience coordinating AV/VTC service within United States Army networks
• Experience in hardening AV/VTC systems with DISA STIGs, closing security vulnerability findings and patching and preparing the system for certification.
