  • Overview

    We are looking for a Field Operations Representative to assist the Field Operations Manager with overall management of Servco Automotive Customer Services policies and procedures and act as a liaison between Hawaii Toyota,Lexus, and Subaru dealers and the distributor/manufacturer.

    Responsibilities

    • Review and render judgement/decisions on dealer requests regarding product or distributor issues
    • Meet with customers to review concerns and judgements concerning products, dealer performance or goodwill requests
    • Support Dealers financial and business management performance
    • Assist with administration, implementation, and sustainment of dealer quality standards and guidelines
    • Support dealer handling of dealer surveys, procedures, and other initiatives
    • Support the dealer/retailer with improving the quality and efficiency of their service operations
    • Promote manufacturer and Servco distributor standards throughout all internal and external operations
    • Improve the collection, analysis, and submission of dealer/distributor KPIs to the manufacturer
    • Promote standardized processes and procedures for all distributor service and repair protocols, launches, repair order documentation, technician qualification, repair confirmation, and customer delivery documentation

    Qualifications

    • Associates degree in Business or related field
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
    • Minimum four years of OEM automotive distributor or dealership service operations experience
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
    • Experience as a Service Manager or Service Advisor preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Experience with dealership DMS and an understanding of manufacturer’s warranty policies and procedures a plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent customer relations skills with the ability to negotiate
    • Detail oriented
